Applied U of M Weed Science Research - Web Resource

Bill Hutchison and Roger Becker, University of Minnesota

Many of you may not be aware of an excellent web resource on weed control research conducted by U of M Agronomists, Roger Becker, Jeff Gunsolus, Bev Durgan, and others.

In addition to recent data for field crops, Roger Becker, with vegetable crop responsibility, provides annual summaries of herbicide trials for sweet corn and peas.

The web site also includes the following: access to recent publications, herbicide modes of action, an identification key for broadleaf and grass weeds, and information on herbicide-resistant weeds.

Recent U of M Weed Science research is available at: http://www.agro.agri.umn.edu/appliedweeds
