2003 Midwest Vegetable Production and IPM Guide Available

Bill Hutchison, Entomology, University of Minnesota, St. Paul

We have limited copies remaining (45) of the 2003 Vegetable Production Guide, available at our Minnesota Extension Service Distribution Center. As in previous years, University of Minnesota specialists contributed to new changes for 2003, and plan to continue to support this 5-state regional publication in the future. However, due to state budget cuts we did not have hard copies printed with the Minnesota logo and were not able to send gratis copies to all county offices. This regional publication continues to be an excellent choice for keeping up with the numerous label changes that occur each year. This covers IPM recommendations for insect, pathogen and weed pests, as well as new pesticide registrations. The price of the guide for 2003 is $12.00, and can be ordered by phone, fax, or over the web.

To order a copy, call (612) 624-4900 or (800) 876-8636 and ask for BU-07094, or check the following web site: http://www.extension.umn.edu/abstracts/nonweb/abstract.html?item=07094
